Forney Black Takes 9-10 Year Old Title
The Forney 9-10 year olds "Black" team had to do it the hard way, coming out of the losers bracket to take a pair from South Garland. They will now travel over to Fort Worth and the Westside LL complex (the same one that we play the Texas West State Tournament) on Wednesday to play Sweetwater LL, the District 5 champion.
Let's Play Champions Wrap Up!
Many championship games on Sunday. Congratulations to South Garland for taking both the Little League and Junior League championships. Also, kudos to North Garland for capturing the Senior League championship. Good luck to all teams as they progress to the various Sectional Tournaments. Wylie Takes 10-11 year old Championship
Wylie Little League captured the District 10-11 title, defeating Forney 7-6. Wylie will play their first Sectional game against Fort Worth University on Wednesday evening at 7:30. Games will be at Carrollton McInnish Park.

North Garland to host the 7-8 Year Old Final Four
North Garland will host the games played by the last four teams remaining in the 7-8 year old tournament, lovingly referred as The Final Four. At these final games in the bracket, they will supply umpires, field personnel, baseballs, etc.
Carrollton Little League to Host the 10-11 Year Old Sectional Tournament
Dallas Little League was initially going to host this tournament, but the City of Dallas notified them that the new fields would not be ready in time. So, Carrollton Little League volunteered to host the tournament. Games will be played at their McInnish fields that opened last year.
